The main purpose of the event was to initiate conversations with colleagues from mainland Europe who are researching and publishing in the field of cross-cultural complexities in learning, teaching and assessment in higher education. This project was funded by BAICE and ESCalate. Participants travelled from throughout the UK, from Sweden and the Netherlands.
